Located minutes from Ocean Park. There is no shortage of things to do on the Long Beach Peninsula. The space Large bedroom perched above the living room. There are 3 stairs to access the bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace, large bay windows, and a sliding glass door that leads to the deck. Kitchen includes custom countertops and custom cabinets. Full bath with tub and shower. Guest access Access the entire beach house, including back deck for viewing. Other things to note Maximum occupancy for Compass Rose Cabin is 4 people. This number has been determined by the short-term rental permit issued by Pacific County. Compass Rose Cabin has been setup for 4 guest and no more. It is not suitable for hosting family/friends for gatherings or events. Any guest found to be in violation of the maximum occupancy will be assessed an additional $500 fee. We are dog-friendly. Up to 2 well-behaved, house trained dogs with a pet fee. Pet rules do apply. Dogs are never to be left unattended in the house. Please take your pet with you when you will not be home. Dogs are not allowed bed(s), bedding, or furniture. All pet waste is to be cleaned up and properly disposed of in the outside garbage can. Dogs only. No cats, reptiles, birds, donkeys, etc.
