Quiet, 10 minutes from the dynamic village of Les Vans, stone cottage in the heart of nature. Many leisure activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, climbing, fishing, river swimming, etc. You will also discover a rich heritage (Chauvet Cave, Chassezac Gorges, listed villages, etc.) and will be able to enjoy the many local products (wine, honey, goat cheese, charcuterie, etc.) The space Stone cottage adjoining the owners' house: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) - 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together. (90 x 190) - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet area - 1 living room with kitchen, dining area and living room - 1 shaded terrace and 1 private garden. The whole is located on a plot of 5000 m² with fruit trees and vegetable garden. Linens: Rental of bed sheets, towels and tea towels is included in the cleaning fee. Beach towels are to be provided. Available to guests or on request: - electric grill, raclette, fondue. - many board games for all ages. - library for all ages. - possibility to reserve a basket of vegetables/fruits from the garden in season (depending on production). Guest access The accommodation, terrace and private garden are fully available to tenants. Other things to note Access to the accommodation via a stone staircase. The staircase in the cottage is steep and not suitable for everyone. Parking 50 m away but possibility of unloading at the foot of the stairs.
