This tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. ⚠️ The accommodation is on the third floor of a building without an elevator, so you need to walk up the stairs. ⭐ On the landing there is the main entrance door that accesses a small shared space with 2 doors (with lock): on the left there is the door of the private apartment of the host Giuseppe, and on the right is the door of the private apartment and reserved only for guests. Other things to note ⚠️ Breakfast is not provided, there is no stove for cooking, and there is no washing machine. However, the following are present and available: microwave, electric kettle, mini fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, various dishes, vertical iron and hairdryer. ⭐ For bookings of 2 people, ONLY ONE bedroom is assigned, while the other unused one will remain closed during the stay. The choice of bedroom 1 (with double bed) or bedroom 2 (with 2 single beds) must be communicated at the time of booking. ⚠️ For bookings of only 2 people, it is possible to have both bedrooms at an additional cost to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. 🅿️ Paid car parking in front of the property. ⚠️ Luggage and late checkout: Since the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m., if you need to, you can leave your luggage in storage until 12:00 p.m., provided you inform us the day before. It's free, just a small tip to the cleaning lady if you want.
