Also, you will have access to a full bathroom plus a water room + a separate and spacious 2nd shower. Located between 2 metro stations, you are only a 5-minute walk from Cadillac station, in a residential area. All furniture is new, quality and comfortable. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped for cooking. Appliances. The room is large, with double bed and storage spaces. High-speed internet, 42-inch personal TV in your room, washer and dryer inside the apartment (shared with other guests). Located between Pierre-de-Coubertin and Hochelaga streets, you are in the Mercier district, known to be quiet and inhabited by owner-occupiers. An ozone treatment costs $200 plus tax and is payable once for the duration of your rental, to be paid on the day of your arrival. Notwithstanding the ozone treatment, you remain responsible for any damage your little companion may cause and you are required to pick up their droppings outside or keep their litter box clean during your stay.
