Smoking allowed on our outdoor patio Events must end by 1am NO OVERNIGHTS The space This is a building with multiple rental spaces. 2 restrooms in building which are shared but please only use the restroom on the floor your rental is located on. Guest access You will be renting the main room. (When u you first walk in) you have access to the first floor restroom and the kitchenette/ food prep area (on the lower level) please do not hang out on the lower level in the lounge area that area is separate and not included in your rental. Also please refrain from using the downstairs restroom unless necessary. We have other people that rent those rooms out and they need access to the waiting area and the bathroom down there. We appreciate your courtesy 🫶🏾 Lights are at the front door for upstairs and the lights for downstairs are located at the top and bottom of the stairs. You can use the Bluetooth speaker with mic if you need to it will be plugged in near the Tv against the wall in the main room when you enter the building. Just be sure to return it when finished and plug it back in. Tables and chairs are located in the back of the food prep area (downstairs) behind the curtains. The food prep area is downstairs if you need it for food or drinks there is a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a couple of hot plates inside the cabinets. Other things to note This is a self service rental, please leave the space as you found it! We appreciate you!!
