Relax and enjoy this unique and quiet accommodation. Nice view over islets in Astafjorden and Northern Europe's most mountainous island Andørja. Midnight sun in summer and northern lights in winter. The space The cabin is 82 square meters. The pictures speak for themselves. Large terrace both on the front and back that are connected. In the outdoor shed of about 6 sqm there is exercise equipment and various other things. The plot has recently been leveled and there is a gravel roundabout and parking with ample space for 6 cars with the roundabout open. In winter, it depends on how much snow is plowed. Aims to have a plowed roundabout and have room for at least 3 cars also in the winter. In winter with lots of snowfall, guests may still have to make room for the car (the driveway is right in front of the main entrance) and path to the cabin (about 10 meters). The hot tub is located about 5 meters from the private exit to the bathroom and sometimes with a lot of snowfall, guests must also make their own way there if they want to use it. It is a bit low under the roof in some places both outside (end of the ridge that sticks down) and inside (between rooms) so those who are very tall should be aware. Guest access The entire place is at the disposal of the guests. Show consideration for neighbors and use common sense. Some private items are stored in some places. Other things to note I maintain the cabin myself from time to time and live far away so I have some private things in some cabinets and drawers. Still plenty of space for storing clothes and such for guests. The plot has recently been leveled and is still under improvement to get the garden so flat that robotic mowers can be mounted. The garden is therefore so far to be considered a natural plot, but is improved during the summer. On the other hand, there is a large terrace with plenty of space. Possibility of borrowing various clothes, equipment, toys etc. Please agree in advance, clean and put back where it was found. Some basic consumables are available for guests such as toilet and paper towels, candles, firewood, ignition material, cleaning supplies, bags, spices and such. In case of larger consumption, consumables are expected to be replaced. It is possible to buy wood at the local store. Child protection for sockets, table corner protection and baby monitor are in the cabinet under the TV in the living room. The camera part of the baby monitor is in the crib drawer. The child gate to be placed around the stove/fireplace is in the storage room next to the refrigerator. It is also possible to buy or exchange various consumables of slightly greater value that can be found in the cabin if desired/needed. Please agree in advance. In case of large extra expenses due to extensive charging of electric car during the stay, some compensation will be requested in addition to normal power consumption
