The Hampton Cottage is located in the heart of the Adelaide Hills just minutes away from local restaurants, shops & cafes and is only a 30 minute drive from Adelaide CBD. This entire two storey home is nestled in one of Mount Barker’s most gorgeous estates and is only 15 minutes away from the famous Hahndorf region and some of Adelaide Hills most famous wineries. The space This gorgeous weatherboard two storey home was built in 2017. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests, has two bedrooms, one including a private balcony perfect for watching sunsets and for your morning coffee. Each bedroom features two incredibly comfortable queen sized beds, topped with plush mattress toppers. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with clothes hangers. There is a sofa bed downstairs which comfortably sleeps two people and is very spacious and cosy. All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided throughout your stay as well as extra blankets to keep you warm and comfortable. If you would like more than 6 guests, I am happy to accommodate at an extra charge. A baby cot is available. Zoned ducted heating and cooling throughout the home which works within minutes to keep you at your preferred temperature. 1.5 bathrooms, featuring a large shower and bathtub upstairs, plus a convenient downstairs powder room. Hairdryer included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, gas stove, pots, pans, crockery, cooking utensils and everything you need to cook as you wish. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and light breakfast supplies are included within your stay. Free wifi is available. A google smart TV with a google chrome cast built in, free to air TV, books, cards, board games and also a guitar to keep you entertained throughout your stay at the Hampton Cottage. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, wall mounted dryer, washing powder and ironing facilities free of charge throughout your stay. The private outdoor patio area hosts a lounge for your outdoor living comfort. There are 2 free car parking spaces on the premises, one being under cover with an electric roller door. The Hampton Cottage is just 5 minutes away from your closest supermarket and cafes, making it the perfect destination for your Adelaide Hills getaway.
