This peaceful place is situated at Dumdum Nagerbazar, very close to market & main road. Its a fully furnished independent floor consisting of a bedroom with a spacious balcony, fully functional kitchen, toilet, and dedicated work space with Wi-Fi (70Mbps). Guest will get separate lock n key. CCTV at entrance. It is ideal for business and solo travelers, couples & small families for both long & short periods of time. Ola-Uber-Swiggy-Zomato-Blinkit-1mg, all kind of online apps are functional here. The space The fully separated and entire 2nd floor (without lift) consists of one bedroom with a spacious balcony, a kitchen, one attached toilet, and a small separate working zone. We provide the following amenities: • A double sized bed with AC comforter and pillows • A wardrobe with hangers • A 32" Smart TV with various apps like netflix, amazon Prime, disney hotstar, hoichoi, etc • Split Air Conditioner at bedroom • A spacious private balcony with sitting arrangement • Dedicated work space with office chair • Electric Kettle with Tea Coffee (one time) • Private kitchen with induction cooktop and bacis utensils (Kadai, Tawa, Sauce Pan, pressure cooker chakki-Belan, toaster) and sink • Crockery • Refrigerator • Private reading/adda zone/workplace • En-suite bathroom with shower, geyser, wash basin, and other toiletries • CCTV at entrance • Fire extinguisher Guest access Entire 2nd floor ( with a small terrace ) is dedicated for the guests so that they can stay in full privacy with zero disturbance, and there is no provision to share any space with the host. Guest will get separate lock and key for their entire space/apartment. Our aquaguard and microwave oven are on the 1st floor. Guest can refill the water bottles from the aquaguard and can use the microwave oven if needed. Other things to note •Quiet hour is from 11pm to 7am. •No lift is there. •We provide sufficient UV purified water in bottles in your room and kitchen. You can also refill them from the Aquaguard on the 1st floor. •You can use our microwave oven if needed on the 1st floor. •Loud music and party/gathering not allowed here. •Couples are allowed for both long and short duration of stays, both of their IDs have to show at the time of check-in. • Laundry service is available with a two days delivery schedule. • We don't provide regular cleaning service. However, guests can have regular cleaning services with minimal charges extra on their own.
