Serene Bedroom in Spacious Home

Greetings! This listing is for a spacious private bedroom on the upper level of a large family home. The room includes an en-suite bathroom. The space A large, 3000+ sqft foot bungalow, centrally located just off Keats Way, with a bus stand just steps away. The backyard offers a serene and verdant space to relax (sadly, the pool liner needs replacing ☹️). Recently added a 70" television that's communally available with Netflix, as well as a couple of fireplaces, library area, and gym/meditation space. We also have 2 friendly dogs, Majnun & Mambo! Guest access The upper half of the house is also occupied by my friendly elderly dad (who has Parkinson's), a caregiver, and myself (about half the time, as I typically alternate between this house and the other one I manage nearby, which is a more established Airbnb that I've managed for a number of years, see my other listings). The lower level of this large bungalow houses one long-term housemate, with the rest being communal, which includes the family and living rooms, kitchen, laundry room, and various points of access to the backyard. In the shared kitchen, there's usually a decent selection of communally shared fruit, nuts/seeds, bread/bagels, jams/spreads, cereals/pancake mix, milk, coffee/tea, etc., so feel free to help yourself to breakfast, snacks and drinks as you'd like!
