Here you can walk to town for dinner and a movie after spending the day enjoying the nearby rivers, mountains, gravel rides, and ski trails. In the warm months the backyard eating area is ready for you, and in the winter check out the library as you read by the cozy wood stove. As a family of four used to hosting our extended family, the house is well-suited for a family who would like to slow down, gather, and connect in Vermont. The space Our large house has plenty of room to spread out with a well-stocked kitchen, a large dining room table for your group to gather around, and a living room, library, and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you'll find four bedrooms and a full bathroom with separate bath and shower, and on the third floor there is an additional living room and half bathroom. The basement is unfinished but tidy and holds the exercise equipment and a ping-pong table. The large backyard is available for a family game of kickball or an outdoor dinner, and it’s quiet in the mornings on the front porch. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, front porch (for coffee in the mornings), large backyard, and the garage for any bikes or hand-carry boats you'd like to store during your stay. The library on the first floor is stocked with books and games. Also on the first floor we have a wood stove (and available wood) you're welcome to use if you're looking for a calm and quiet day or night. Other things to note Unfortunately due to severe allergies we cannot allow any PETS and NO SMOKING on the premises.
