Brand new, this fully equipped and furnished studio for your comfort, offers a small south-facing terrace with a great sea view. All you have to do is cross the street to get to the beach. Restaurants and shops are nearby The space The studio located on the 1st floor, consists of a bright room with a sofa bed (queen size, 160 cm), a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, etc.). There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests can take advantage of the sea view from the apartment and terrace. In a seaside spirit, the residence has been designed for lovers of the sea and well-being. A common room providing various sports equipment will satisfy the most active. Other equipment will allow lovers of board sports to store and rinse their equipment safely (racks, rigging area, outdoor shower). Secure parking is available at the back of the building (5 euros/day, upon request).
