The space This single bedroom efficiency with kitchenette, collapsible dining space, office area and full luxury bath space is perfect for your weekend getaway, out-of-town work residence, or pass through stop-over! Amenities to note include: basic kitchen (hot plate, micro, fridge, tableware), soaking tub, work space, 2 recliners, wifi, loaded streaming tv, walk in shower, & queen size bed. Unit is located on a wooded lot in the middle of town. Get the "park like" feel in the middle of the city! Parking leads to dedicated sidewalk to unit door. Disclaimers: *Attached unit is occupied by a long term resident. You may hear occasional noise, such as you would in an apartment or hotel setting. *Occasional traffic noise possible. *Outdoor security camera on premises (overlooks driveway and front doors). *Well based water supply functions as normal water with hot & cold water from the tap, but may have sulphur smell at times, we work to keep this at a minimum and provide bottled water for drinking.
