This house is about a 10 min walk to the Goodna train station and 7 minutes' walk to St Ives Shopping centre. It is a home away from home. Very centrally located form the Motorway and St Ives Shopping Centre. A newly renovated property with modern touches and all the needs for someone to stay and enjoy our beautiful home. Close to eating places, Police Station and churches. The space The house is flat and has no stairs to enter or exit the house. There is also a back patio in the house. The house has ample space for people to move around and is very accessible for someone with disability as well Single storey home with 1 master ensuite and 2 additional bedrooms. The master ensuite has its own bathroom and toilet. it comes with a Queen size bed and TV and air-conditioning. The 2nd has a double bed and celling fan. The 3rd bedroom comes with 2 king single beds and air-conditioning. There is an additional bathroom and toilet for the 2 bedrooms. The open plan living, dining and kitchen are all airconditioned. There are all the basic supplies in your kitchen with dishwashing, oven and cooking facilities. The house has an internal laundry and is equipped with a washing machine, laundry supplies, clothesline. There is also an iron and ironing board for guest use. There is ample parking onsite with a 2-car garage and onsite parking on the grass for work trailers etc. Guest access The door is on flat ground level and can be easily accessed by people with disability and mobility issues as well. The ensuite bathroom is also accessible. Other things to note The home has a very cosy feeling and has brought alot of joy to everyone who has lived in the property.
