The kitchen is also equipped with a shelf with three stools under the window with panoramic views. The large windows give the room a special brightness. LIVING AREA In the dining area you will find a wooden table that can accommodate up to 16 seats. The living room has an easily convertible 8-seater sofa, equipped with a large 145x310 cm bed and 2 storage compartments under the chaise longue seats. Entrance lounge with two armchairs and coffee table, reading corner. The entire living area overlooks the porch thanks to fully opening sliding French doors, here you can sit in the outdoor living room and admire a breathtaking view. The porch is equipped with a table for eating meals outside. Direct access to the garden and pool. SWIMMING POOL The private pool is adjacent to the house, surrounded by a lovely lawn with sun loungers, armchairs and gazebos, where you can relax in the shade during the hottest hours. A splendid panoramic view awaits our guests, a spectacular valley with wonderful colors ranging from the hill to the countryside, up to the Adriatic Sea. The pool has a sunbathing beach with a whirlpool and side steps to enter the crystal clear water. Measurements: 12x5 meters and 1.4 m deep, open from April to October. The "Almifiole" staff takes care of the maintenance and cleaning of the pool. OUTSIDE "Almifiole" is immersed in nature, surrounded by olive and oak trees, the entrance to the courtyard is reserved for our guests. In the entrance courtyard, a charging station for electric vehicles is available for our guests. Guest access Detached house, the entire property is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests.
