Two comfortable bedrooms: Both rooms are equipped with luxurious double box springs (180x200 cm), air conditioning and ceiling fans for a pleasant night's sleep. Cozy living room and open kitchen: Relax in the cozy living room and cook your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven. Complete bathroom: Equipped with a warm shower, sink and toilet, all for your comfort. Enjoy the outdoors Swimming pool and sun loungers: Take a refreshing dip in the large pool or relax on a sun lounger under the sun. Shady palapa: Find refreshment under the tropical palapa and enjoy the ever-present breeze thanks to the hilly location. For the little ones Are you traveling with a child aged 0-2 years? Important to know This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems, as access is via stairs down. Guest access During your stay, you can enjoy our large, communal swimming pool – perfect for a refreshing dip under the Caribbean sun. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers and let yourself be surrounded by the tranquility of the tropical environment. Prefer the shade? Find refreshment under the palapa, a cozy place where you can relax or read a good book. Thanks to its location on a hill, there is always a pleasant breeze, so it never gets too hot here. The common area is shared with only one other apartment, where 1 or 2 people stay. This allows you to enjoy peace and privacy, while there is also room for a chat or a pleasant meeting. Other things to note Please note: this apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. It is only accessible via a staircase down. You don't have to worry about towels and bedding. You will receive three clean shower towels per person per week (extra towels are available for a small fee). In addition, we replace the bedding and kitchen towels weekly. For stays of 14 nights or more, an interim cleaning is included, so you always enjoy a fresh apartment. Transparent prices Includes: Gas, water, electricity (except the power consumption of the air conditioning), and 7% lodging tax. Exclusive: The cost of the electricity consumption of the air conditioning is calculated fairly via a separate electricity meter and charged at the end of the stay.
