Please note the pricing for 2 guests is for one room. If you require a second bedroom for the night it is an additional €30. Two rooms available both with wardrobes, linen, towels etc. One double 4ft6, other smaller 4ft double bed. No infants accepted Take a break in this centrally located home. Just a few minutes away from the local shops, beaches and train station. Some great activities include, Avondale Beyond the Trees, Mount Usher Gardens. Glendalough, Bray sea cliff walk and more. The space Bright, airy and comfortable home. One large double. One small double room. Can sleep 4 but most suitable for 3 for adequate space. Please message for individual arrangements. Kitchen available by request. Guest access Guests have access to rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen unavailable but food can be stored in fridge if necessary. Valuables can be locked in smaller bedroom if needed at no additional cost. During your stay At times i will be available. At other times I will be away from the house. I prefer to keep to myself but am happy to say hello and assist where needed. Other things to note This is a very quiet home ideal for those who like a comfortable and quiet space. Ideal for those people who like to be out and about during the day and who return to sleep as it is very comfortable and cosy. Lots of local activities and within 1 hour of central dublin via car, bus or rail. Two small dogs live here, they love visitors. They reside in the kitchen.
