Welcome to Lilla Lundby. Here you will find a peaceful accommodation for 2,3 km outside Stockholm. Walking distance to swimming area by lake Uttran and nature. The guesthouse is secluded on our property. The house has its own backyard, with a smaller deck, barbecue area and lawn. The space The house is about 46 sqm and was renovated in 2023. The house consists of: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A living room with dining area, TV, two armchairs and a sofa bed, with a mattress size of 120x190. Exit to patio. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and floor heating. Spacious hall with large wardrobes with good storage. Directions, The easiest way to get to the accommodation is by car. There is a private parking lot next to the house on our property. You can go by public transport to the accommodation. From Stockholm, commuter trains go to Rönninge C. The trip takes about 30 minutes. From Rönninge C, there is a bus to Karlskronaviksvägen (bus no. 731). The bus runs 1-2 times an hour on weekdays. From the Karlskronaviksvägen bus stop, it is about a 5-minute walk to the accommodation. You can also use taxi/Uber in the area. Guest access You have the right to use the whole house and the nearby garden. A bicycle is available to borrow. There is a barbecue that guests can use. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included. If you want to rent it, let us know when booking.
