Featuring a huge infinity pool and large outdoor gazebo complete with an in-built L-shaped sofa it feels like a home as well as a little piece of holiday paradise. The magnificent grounds take full advantage of the views and surfers can view all of the main surf breaks from the villa. Incredible panoramic views of the sunrise and sunset with Mount Agung on Bali directly straight ahead from the villa. Sunset cocktails on our large rooftop terrace is the perfect way to end the day or start the evening. The 14m infinity pool and large outdoor bale with built-in bench seating can be transformed from lounge to dining as required providing another area to relax day or night. Set up on the hill overlooking Jungut Batu village and in the centre of Lembongan, the villa is a short 15-20-minute walk, or 3-minute motor scooter ride, into the main touristy area. With no immediate neighbours and a security guard at night, your privacy and security are well assured. Being up on the hill rewards you with uninterrupted views of the sunrise to sunset with Mount Agung on Bali at its centre. Guest access The Villa is rented as one property for private use. Guests have complete access to all of the villa and its grounds during their stay (Infinity Pool, Villa Grounds and Roof Terrace). Other things to note IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: Please note that there are construction works in the vicinity that may occasionally generate noise during the day. We have adjusted the rates accordingly and apologise for any inconvenience caused. OCCUPANCY Please note that the maximum occupancy for this listing is 4 adults and 1 infant. No additional guests or infants are allowed WILDLIFE Many villas in Bali have open bathrooms and living rooms, which can attract wildlife. All our villas are treated by a pest control company for rodents and insects. Geckos, which help control spider and mosquito populations, are a common and harmless feature in Bali. WIFI Despite our internet provider offering a speed of 10-20 Mbps, it's important to note that internet connectivity on Nusa Lembongan Island can occasionally be slow and unstable. As we are situated on a small island, the internet speed you can expect may not be the same as what you would receive on the mainland of Bali. RETURN BOAT TRANSFERS from Bali to Nusa Lembongan can be pre-booked via our Operations Manager, Kiri, once you have confirmed your accommodation at 353 Degrees North.
