Would you like to spend your vacation in a quiet place? But do you sometimes also find it pleasant to visit the hustle and bustle? Or to walk around the lake in the evening and still enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace? Then our beautiful quiet place is a fantastic experience. Located in a wooded area (beautiful in spring or autumn) in the triangle of Eindhoven, Venlo, Nijmegen with many nature reserves in the area. The space Beautiful chalet, restyled in September 2022. Reason to choose our chalet named La casa di Nyo: *Your own space - there is no one else in the accommodation. *Peace & Quiet - Our accommodation is located on the Camping De Schatberg in Sevenum. You can find peace and quiet here, but also the pleasant crowds. There is plenty of entertainment available. Dart competitions, fishing competitions, disco 30+ boot camp. *Beautiful decor completely taken care of - decor like a boutique hotel but your own place. *Spacious garden - Spacious garden around the accommodation with various seating areas. *In the middle of the beauty of nature - forests, sand plains, lakes and nature parks nearby. Great for biking, mountain biking or hiking. *Air conditioning & heating. When you arrive, you will be welcomed at the reception and you will also receive a card to drive the car onto the premises so that you can park for free at our accommodation. We will send you the lockbox code. Of course, we are available for questions via Airbnb. As of 01-01-2025 *shampoo, cream rinse *pepper, salt *toilet paper *Nespresso cups *Various types of tea *Wi-Fi * Included: bathroom towels, kitchen towels and made bed Check-in: 3 p.m. (reception open until 5 p.m. outside of high season) Check-out: 10:00 a.m. (you can still use all the facilities at the park all day) The park has many amenities: 2 restaurants, supermarket, ice cream parlor, cafeteria, swimming pond with sandy beach, bowling, fishing pond, miniature golf, bicycle rental, water skiing and wakeboarding. If you rent a bicycle to cycle in the beautiful surroundings, bicycle routes are available at the reception. Nearby there are many restaurants. During the holiday periods, many extra activities are organized at the park such as: dart competitions, boot camp, or a 30+ disco. Pets are not allowed in and around our chalet. Gourmet or a baking tray inside is not allowed. We ask you to treat our vacation spot with respect. Our house rules are therefore as follows: - Smoking indoors is not permitted. - Check windows and doors and close them before leaving the property. - Please flush only toilet paper down the toilet. No sanitary pads, tampons or wet wipes. - Respect the neighbors. - Parties and gatherings are not allowed. - Check out is before 10:00 a.m. - When you check out, make sure all dishes are done and that the house looks the same as when you arrived. - Collect dirty towels and bedding in the corner of the room and never put wet towels on the bed. - Deposit garbage bags, bottles and other waste in the containers at the front desk. On the map you can find where it is located. - Please make sure all the windows and doors are closed before checking out. - Check that all lights are off & the air con/heating is off before you leave. - Remember to put the key back in the key box. Guest access Our guests can use the complete chalet. The chalet has a living room, kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom with shower and sink, master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms, each with its own double bed. And a toilet and shower. Other things to note The price includes the park fees for facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
