Our house is an oasis of tranquility, just 50 meters from the beach, with wide ocean views from the rooms and garden. After a major renovation, we have transformed it into a modern and cozy space. The space The 300m2 house is very comfortable and spacious. On the lower floor you will enjoy a large and renovated kitchen with all the necessary utensils and equipment for your best recipes, a spacious living room with a projection screen and comfortable armchairs, a full bathroom with shower and a room to isolate yourself and work. The spacious entrance hall to the house has a modern and renovated staircase that takes you to a bright hallway to access 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guest access The garden is divided into two different areas, ideal for the use you want to make. One dedicated to rest, with very comfortable furniture, including armchairs to relax, read and enjoy a good nap. The other area is intended for an outdoor dining room and barbecue overlooking the ocean. Equipped with a large table and comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends. The hammocks and padded armchairs will allow you to rest and relax with ocean views. You have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the spacious living room you can enjoy a screen with a projector, so you can watch any of your visual content. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils, large capacity American fridge/freezer, newly installed appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher), dinnerware and glassware. There is a separate room for the washing machine, boiler and sink. Other things to note Due to the hosts' allergies to animals, pets are not allowed in the home. The entire upper part has been renovated with a very comfortable and quality carpet. For this reason, and in order to avoid liquid spills or grease stains, eating or drinking is not allowed in the upper area of the house. Likewise, it is important that guests clean the soles of their shoes very well on the doormats provided in the entrance and hall before going upstairs. Upon arrival at our house, we will give the hosts comfortable slippers to change their shoes and thus avoid bringing dirt to the upper floor.
