Located off Horseshoe Bend and just 10 minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip. Enjoy Shopping, Golfing, Wineries, Dining, Dancing. All just a short drive away! The space This duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 - Upstairs level Queen Bed. Large Closet and TV Bedroom 2 - Upstairs Level Queen Bed and TV Bedroom 3 - Downstairs Level Queen Bed w/ Private Bath, TV Rental includes one 10 x 30 slip or 10 x 25 depending on what you need and jet ski lift. This duplex features a premier location by land and water. Located down Horseshoe Bend, off of Carol Road. In a no-wake cove on the 2.5 mile marker by water. You will only minutes away from several restaurants, golf courses, grocery stores and shopping. Guest access This is a duplex. Shared dock with occupants on other side. Other things to note Parking is limited to two spots. Unfortunately there is not enough room for trailer parking. Please contact us and we can assist you with the best places to launch your boat and park your trailer. We do have a lot of stairs at our property. There are stairs from parking area to the front door and also stairs to the dock. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. We can assist you with nearby kennels for your fur babies during your stay. We are unique in that we are a duplex so this means that you could have neighbors during your stay. The dock is a shared dock.
