This 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex townhouse is centrally located near the resort entrance yet on a quiet street. Just minutes by foot to many activities and only 10-15 minutes to the beach. This is the ideal vacation spot for your family or for a golf retreat for you and your friends! Enjoy multiple pools including a kids pool and splash pad within walking distance or take a quick trip to the beach (10-15 minute drive). Dine at the fabulous restaurants located within the community or stay for the entertainment at the Freeman Stage. Please note additional costs for resort passes to use pools. The first floor features a primary suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet and full bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Also located on the first floor is a 2nd bedroom with a king bed, 2nd full bathroom, a family room with a flat screen TV, couches, and a gas fireplace. There is a dining area that seats 6, a well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, plenty of counter space and storage, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Laundry room with extra-large washer and dryer are available for your use. You will also enjoy the screened porch overlooking a pond and fountain. The second floor offers a large bedroom perfect for all of the kids with a large flat screen TV and sectional couch that pulls out to a full bed, plus 2 full size and 3 twin beds (1 is a trundle), full bathroom, linen closet and another full walk-in closet. The house includes high speed WiFi, streaming options, central air conditioning and heat, washer, dryer, linens and towels provided. This unit includes 1 spot to park in the garage and can accommodate up to 2 cars in the driveway. A grill and grill tools are provided. Beach amenities included - beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler, small collection of beach toys, boogie boards. We also have badminton and tennis equipment for use. Enjoy a ride around the community on 1 of the 7 bikes provided. Kids helmets available too! Guests have access to the entire home. You are not sharing this home with anyone. Resort amenity passes may be purchased for an additional charge to include use of 2 outdoor community pools (Sun Ridge and Commons Pool), activities at Sun Ridge pool including tennis, basketball and pickleball, access to indoor pool and fitness center, and activities at The Point including kayak and SUP use. Guest must inform owner at least 7 days in advance with the number of passes needed; type of pass (3-day consecutive or weekly); start date and name/phone number of person picking up pass. Guests will not be permitted to purchase passes at resort on their own. A request for payment will then be sent to the guest through AirBnB system and the passes will be submitted once the payment is received. *Requests for guest passes must be made in advance, with a minimum of 7 days notice. The price for 2026 guest passes per person are as follows: 3-day consecutive day pass: $40pp Off Season (January 1-May 15 & September 23- December 31) $70pp Summer Season (May 16-September 22) Weekly Passes 7 consecutive days: $70pp Off Season (January 1-May 15 & September 23-December 31) $115pp Summer Season (May 16-September 22) *Outdoor pools closed in off season *Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. *Guests may pick up their guest passes on their indicated date of arrival at the Health and Aquatic Club (see address below). Currently, the hours of operation are daily from 7:00am – 7:00pm. *At the time of pick-up, the person listed as picking up the pass(es) on your request form will be asked to show a photo ID and complete a guest acknowledgement form. *Once a request is submitted there are no refunds for guest passes that are not used, lost, or stolen. The Point Pool and North Haven Pool are not available to Resort Pass holders. The Point Amenities are available including crabbing, kayaks, Stand-Up-Paddleboards, activities and programming, and 38 Degrees Bar & Grille.
