It is something very special and situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the still young Rhine in the unspoilt high valley of Avers. Let yourself be enchanted by the peace and power of this unique house. The space Room program ground floor: Hallway: There is a wardrobe in the hallway. The stove is lit from here. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven and a dishwasher. There is also a toaster. A small stock of basic groceries, oils and spices, etc. is available. The kitchen has underfloor heating. Bathroom: The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a double sink with mirror. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Living room: The cozy living room has a wood panelling and is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table, a corner bench, chairs, a buffet with dishes, a homely stove bench and a large parlor stove. Adjoining room: There is a wooden table with six chairs, ideal for a meal for more than four people. There are also two vintage chairs and an antique wooden chest. The room is heated by an electric stove. Room program upper floor: Hallway: There is a historic folding table and a chest in the hallway. Parents' room above the parlor: The parents' bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bed is equipped with heating pads, the room itself can be heated with an electric stove. Bedroom with gallery (above the kitchen): This room is furnished with a double bed and a small table and chair. It has a gallery. Electric (heating) blankets are available. The room itself can be heated with an electric stove. Bedroom above the adjoining room: The children's room is furnished with two single beds, a small table and chairs. The beds are equipped with electric (heating) blankets, the room itself can be heated with an electric stove. Room above bathroom: This room is not rented out. Room program basement: Outside cellar: The outside cellar is only accessible from the street and is ideal for storing shoes, ski equipment, sledges, bicycles, baby carriages, etc. Storage cellar: The access to the storage cellar is from the kitchen on the ground floor and is suitable for storing food. A large freezer and a refrigerator can be used. Room program attic: The attic is not rented out. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (with the exception of a room above the bathroom and the attic). Other things to note You can easily get here by post bus, the bus stop is only about 30m away. A marked parking space is available for guests (distance approx. 60m).
