Nestled on the Boggy River, in the quiet town of East Braintree, is a newly renovated retreat for family and friends to enjoy 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and entertainment room will make your stay comfortable and fun The property lends itself for endless seasonal fun in a beautiful natural country setting Just a 13 minute drive to the Whiteshell Provincial Park where you can enjoy lakes, golf, restaurants, hiking trails and plenty of other outdoor activities year round The space This clean open space concept home has plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy privacy as well as group activities. The living room has a large seating area with a pool table and an incredible view of the Boggy River The 3 bedrooms have brand new, comfy, queen size beds. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, 1 with its own ensuite, and the third is located upstairs. This bedroom is its own private sanctuary with a walk-in shower and a stunning birds eye view of the river, where you will often see otters playing and other wildlife enjoying the forested area across the water The couch in the living room is large and can accommodate as an extra sleeping area if needed. The backrest of the couch extends back to make for more room to lounge or sleep There is plenty of room to BBQ and explore nature around the property with big coniferous and deciduous trees, wild flowers and fields. This property is truly gorgeous and has plenty of privacy with no neighbours in direct site The Boggy River is a great place to bring your canoe, kayak or paddle board to explore the quiet winding playground. The surrounding area is great for exploring by quad, snowmobile or cross country skiing Guest access Entire home and property is available to guests Other things to note If you choose to visit the Whiteshell Provincial Park during your stay you will need a park pass. This can be purchased online or at the local Shell station in Falcon Lake Falcon Lake is home to one of the most beautiful golf courses in Manitoba with a great view of the green from their restaurant patio. Just a 13 min drive from the property you will also find a grocery store from May-Sept, liquor and beer vender year round and restaurants, year round and seasonal There is a gas station in Prawda, 10 min West of East Braintree which offers some grocery items and two restaurants. You will find a guidebook upon arrival that shares all the near by amenities and available activities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible
