Fast internet is available, as are indoor and outdoor games for the whole family. *Special price due to construction in the neighborhood (see below for information)* The space In the romantic 3-room house (110 m2) with the large enchanted garden (480 m2) you will find peace from the hectic everyday life and listen to the birdsong in the shade of the old trees. On the terrace you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a glass of wine from local vineyards in the evening. The house is decorated according to the model of Swedish country houses and welcomes you with its coziness. As a host, it is especially important to me that you feel at home. In the kitchen, coffee and spices are provided and as a hobby chef you will find everything you need. You have found the ideal base for exploring the famous holiday region around the Rhine and the Untersee. In the nearby river (10 minutes' walk) you can swim or take a nice walk along the shore. In the famous medieval town of Stein am Rhein you can visit the old monastery, the castle, admire the painted house facades or visit one of the many restaurants and cafes. By boat you can take great trips to Lake Constance. You can reach everything on foot, and two bicycles are also available for your free use. You can discover the well-known bike route along the waters. I would be happy to give you tips. You live on the edge of Stein am Rhein, away from the hustle and bustle, but in the immediate vicinity of shopping and the train station. The house is located at the end of a residential area, slightly set back and protected by the lots of greenery. It is located next to our residential building and is oriented in such a way that complete privacy is guaranteed. There are games available indoors and outdoors. Children can use two large trampolines. **Due to a construction site in the neighborhood, it is to be expected that there will be less peace and quiet on weekdays than usual. You can therefore already benefit from cheaper prices. If there are disturbing noise emissions during the stay, we offer our guests an additional 15% reduction in the price on request!** Amenities include: Living/dining room with very well equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and Swedish oven. Bedroom ground floor: 2 single beds and desk. Bathroom ground floor: shower, toilet, sink. Attic bedroom: 160x200 double bed, sofa. Bathroom attic: shower, toilet, sink. Wipes and shower/shampoo are provided. Laundry room with washing machine. Insect repellent on the main windows. fast wifi. Garden with two loungers, hammock, garden table and chairs, barbecue/charcoal. Bicycles at your leisure. Note: No dishwasher and no TV. For this, it has various games (indoor/outdoor) for eventful holidays. Dogs are only allowed on the lower floor and are not allowed on the sofa/beds. The garden is fenced, so dogs can run freely. Guest access A private access path leads from the parking lot to the entrance of the house. You open the door using a digital door lock. The code will be provided to you prior to arrival. Other things to note Dogs are welcome and can move freely in the fenced garden. Dogs are only allowed on the lower floor. Early check-in: If possible, we will try to make an 1 hour earlier check-in (3 pm) easy. We want to give you an impeccable place to stay. Since an even earlier check-in is associated with more organization and arrangements of the cleaning staff, we charge an amount of 30 Fr. per additional hour.
