Guest access As a guest, you have access to all rooms as well as the roof terrace with a rooftop pool, which you can reach via the exterior staircase. In addition, you have access to a variety of facilities that are available both in the “Mykonos Homes” complex and in the neighboring “Maldives Homes” complex. Facilities in the Mykonos Homes complex: - Pool bar (not yet in operation) - Large communal pool with sun loungers Additional facilities in the “Maldives Homes” complex: - Shared pools - Indoor swimming pool - Fitness studio - Café & pool bar - Outdoor cinema (currently not in operation) - Spa/Thai - Sauna - Hammam (Turkish bath) - Market - Private beach -Tennis Court - Mini golf - First aid room - Children's playground - Restaurant Guests receive an access card that allows access to these facilities, allowing them to enjoy the full range of leisure and relaxation facilities at both facilities. Other things to note 🔒 Note on the security deposit A refundable security deposit of €350 will be charged for this high-quality penthouse. The security deposit will be automatically and securely collected 2 days before check-in and fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage or violation of the rules. The transaction is handled directly through Airbnb as part of the booking process – you don't have to do anything else.
