The bungalow is also stocked with kayaks and sits directly across the cove from the yacht club, making it a great place to not only paddle around but also a fantastic location for cruisers looking to port for a day or two. The space Carmen’s Cove is newly remodeled, from kitchen and bath to new flooring throughout. We worked hard to find a happy balance between old and new. Keeping the charm of the home was priority number one, so while most elements are new and remodeled, many elements that make this home so unique and special remain. The home sits directly on the water with its own private dock. Pull your boat right up and tie it off on the dock. Your steps from the house! It’s convenient and easy and most importantly, no pulling your boat in and out of the water every day! The kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops and new appliances. It even has an ice maker! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, a kuerig, microwave and toaster. The coffee bar offers keurig pods, tea, and and all the flavoring you’d want. The kitchen island is just right for gathering, offering guests the most lovely cooking experience possible. The Bedrooms all feature brand new mattresses and linens. The closets are stocked with extra pillows and blankets for the most comfortable stay possible. In our kid friendly bunk room, there is an abundance of books, puzzles and games to choose from. The extra large 70” television ensures no bunk is going to feel left out of the movie watching experience. We also have an art supply bin in the desk drawer so your kids never get bored or run out of activities and options. The cottage houses a brand new pack n play and crib in the master closet, as well as sheets and blankets for your littlest travelers. The bathrooms are designed with comfort in mind. With new gorgeous tile and shiplap walls, you’ll feel right at home here. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are stocked as well as q-tips and cotton balls for our guests. Carmen’s Cove has a wonderful climate controlled sun room for those wanting to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Cozy and comfortable year round, your whole family will love this space! We DO NOT approve stays for more than three adult singles OR three sets of adult couples (6 total). The home is perfect for two families with a maximum of 6 children between them. Please take this into consideration before booking. *Additional charges will be applied for damages accrued. *Any additional cleaning fees on the part of our maid staff, due to excessive mess will be charged to the renter.
