Snow Lake House with Serenity

Welcome to our family lakeside home on Deer Island on the shores of Snow Lake. 3000 sq feet/4 bed/3 full bath/ 3 half baths. We are a Christian family that loves the Lord and gathering with our family. We have generous room to accommodate you. Wake up to the lake views, and enjoy peaceful afternoons on the screen porch and deck with your loved ones. Your peaceful retreat awaits! Thank you for taking good care of our lake home. Room for 8. There is 1 step from the driveway to enter the home. The space The deck, and screen porch are right on the lake shore. Open floor plan on the first floor with a first floor master suite with king size bed. Three bedrooms on the second floor each with a Queen bed. Jack and Jill bathroom between the bedrooms. Second floor hallway has 2 sitting areas and a quaint reading nook. Each bedroom has their own toilet and sink vanity. Two bedrooms share a shower. Master bedroom and Third bedroom has its own shower. There is a Culligan Water filter on the refrigerator water dispenser. There is 1 step up from the driveway to enter the home, and 1 step down from the kitchen to the screen porch. There is a first floor master en suite. There are 7 steps from the screen porch to the yard. There are 4 steps from the yard to the lake. Two kayaks and life jackets available for use, and please hang them up to dry when you are done. *** The boat dock is installed approximately early May until mid September. BOATS: We are delighted to offer our guests the unique experience of bringing their own boat to the lake. To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that each renter brings only one boat, limited to the family listed in the rental agreement. This helps us keep the dock available and in great condition for all guest.*You must dock in the designated space only.* *The boat owner needs to bring their own 4 ropes for tying up the 4 corners of their boat to the 4 augers provided with bumpers on the augers. There is a photo on our website showing the 4 auger post docking spot, and a photo of a guests boat docked in the spot.* Please note, responsibility for any damage to the dock during your stay rest with you. *The renter acknowledges that unforeseeable and uncontrollable risk exist when docking their boat in the owner’s designated slip, such as wind, water flow, or foul weather and agrees the owner bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs as a result. *Boats should arrive at check in time, and be removed at checkout.*. * NO Diving from the dock or the homes shoreline*. Please put kayak and water toys back in the garage. Thank you. * if you borrow any of our life jackets please return them before you exit.* 2. HOUSE RULES: We are all about respecting the neighbors and enjoying peace and quiet from 11PM to 8AM. To keep the place as lovely as you found it we ask for no parties, no smoking, no candles, no fires, no pets, no fireworks, no firearms, and no illegal drugs. Please leave porch furniture on the porches, and do not put deck furniture in the lake. There are chairs in the garage that can be used in the yard. For our neighbors please cut off ALL exterior spot lights and porch lights by 10pm. They are very bright lights. Thank you. And if you could start the dishwasher before you head out, and turn off all the lights that would be fantastic. Please help us and roll the trash/recycle cans out to the edge of the driveway before you leave, and remember to take your items from the refrigerator. Don’t forget to sign out of any TV streaming services that you signed into during your stay. If you used the gas grill please TURN OFF THE PROPANE AT THE TANK. Thank you! Grass Mowing day is normally on Thursday and takes just a few minutes, and we apologize for any inconvenience. 3. PARKING: There’s room for up to 5 vehicles across the front of the house. 4. TV: There is You Tube TV at the lake house. Also, feel free to sign into your own streaming services, but make sure you sign out of your streaming services before you exit the house. 5. SAFETY AND RESPECT: Let’s keep things safe and respectful for everyone’s sake. That means docking your boat securely, steering clear of swimming past the dock, and observing our quiet hours and house rules. 6. LOOKING AFTER EACH OTHER: Just a heads up, the unexpected can happen and we can not take responsibility for personal items or damage. We will work together to figure out any concerns. 7. WHEN IT IS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE: We hope you’ll leave with some great memories! If you accidentally leave something behind, we’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings. If something was broken we hope you will notify us. If something was not in proper working order we hope you will contact us so we can get it fixed. Please start the dishwasher, turn off all the lights, take your items from the refrigerator, roll out the trash can to the edge of the driveway, and lock all the doors before leaving.
