Modern mountain chalet with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2,400 sq. feet. Built in 2020, this custom-designed home features a chef's kitchen with a six-burner stove, two dishwashers, living room w/fireplace, loft with 75" TV, comfortable new mattresses in the bedrooms, and bathrooms with heated floors. Numerous places to enjoy the snow nearby: Sierra-at-Tahoe ski resort (8 mins), Heavenly ski resort (30 mins), South Lake Tahoe (20 mins), sledding hill in the backyard (sled at your own risk). The space This property is our multi-year family passion project - we designed every detail to enjoy getaways with our own family and friends, and now are excited to welcome AirBnB guests to our home when we aren't using it ourselves! Gourmet chef's kitchen has two dishwashers (who wants to wash dishes on vacation?), GE Monogram 6 burner stove, quartz countertops, extra deep fridge and every kitchen appliance you can think of: Breville espresso machine, waffle iron, KitchenAid stand mixer, Le Creuset dutch oven, Made In cookware, SodaStream, blender, toaster, kettle, cast iron skillet, Wusthof knives, and more. Four bedrooms plus loft offer multiple sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests (plus kids under 6). Avocado eco mattresses and 400 thread count sheets will ensure you get restful sleep. Custom three-level bunk bed in one of the rooms will knock socks off kids of all ages. Heated floors in all the bathrooms and mudroom will keep your feet nice and toasty. The house was designed so that each room can take maximum advantage of natural light. 23 foot tall floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space offer excellent indoor/outdoor connection with outside deck and patio area. A large three-burner Weber gas grill is on the patio, steps away from the kitchen. A creek running through the backyard creates a relaxing sound backdrop. Entry mudroom has plenty of room to store and dry all your winter boots, hats, gloves, and jackets. Garage has space for your skis and boards on the rack, and sleds/snowshoes you can use during your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we love staying here! Guest access We use this house frequently ourselves, so there're personal belongings throughout the house - but there's also plenty of room for things you bring! You will have the whole house, except a locked owner closet and one locked kitchen cabinet. Other structures on the property are off limits. Please respect neighbors private property, and do not drive/walk up the Tori Way beyond our driveway. In winter 4WD/AWD car is a must to safely navigate our street and driveway. Other things to note We come here with kids of all ages, but you are responsible for supervising your children, especially younger ones. There's a 9 foot tall bunk bed and second floor loft railing over the living room space. No smoking, no parties or events, and no wood burning campfire/grill per El Dorado County rules.
