The space Recently renovated 2-bedroom barn located on the edge of beautiful market town of Wymondham. This old hayloft barn is walking distance to the town centre, (20 mins) pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 4 guests. It includes 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, a second room with a Superking bed. Both bathrooms have showers, electric toothbrush chargers, and access to hairdryer and long mirrors. Spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Parking for 3 cars or 2 vans and an outside patio area for a coffee looking over the tennis court and garden. A really unique space and decorated in muted tones with a high finish. The space:- Open Plan Living Area Living Area - Includes a 2 seater sofa, & two armchairs Free WIFI and a large Sony smart TV. Login to Netflix/Prime with your own login details. There is a dining table and 4 chairs situated in the Living/Dining Area in an open galleried area with gramophones hanging as lights - truly unique. Kitchen - Divided from the dining space by a sliding oak door, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater during your stay. This includes a fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, oven, hob and Nespresso coffee machine. Utensils include pots and pans, cutlery, cups and glasses. Downstairs WC - a separate WC along with a washing machine. Entrance - an area to store shoes and coats. Upstairs:- Bedroom 1 - Divan Double bed Clothes rail and bedside draws with lights, Inbuilt wardrobe, tall mirror and fan for hotter months. Travel Cot and Highchair available on request. Bedroom 2 - Superking Loaf bed, Side tables, inbuilt wardrobe with hairdryer, tall mirror. Ensuite Shower rooms - Includes a shower, WC, Sink, low level mirror. Also provided is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Outdoor patio with seating and a table for 4. BBQ Available. Parking: Space for 3 cars on the driveway. No Pets allowed & No smoking. Access to Tennis Court in the summer months, before 7pm. Guest access Simply park up and head straight in! If we’re not around, you’ll have access to the property via a key safe for easy, secure entry. Parking can accommodate two working Vans or 3 cars so if you are working locally this may be of interest. Each property have their own gardens. Occasionally we can offer an earlier check in with prior approval and an additional cost is charged. Unfortunately this can not be guaranteed. Late Check outs are not possible due to a tight cleaning schedule. Other things to note The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher (with a small starter pack of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid available, and an inbuilt microwave along with a Nespresso machine with some pods to start you off. You’ll have access to the garden at the rear, though it may occasionally be used for dog walks or tennis court access. Enjoy outdoor dining with a table and chairs on the patio, overlooking the tennis court and fields beyond. *Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls! Can't be liable for loss of balls. The driveway also serves two other properties, each with their own private garden. Please make sure to turn off the outside lights at both the front and back when not in use; they are marked with an orange dot on the switch. USB plugs are available in the living space for convenience. Please note the pillows in the bedrooms are soft touch synthetic fibres and are of medium pressure. You can stock up on groceries before your arrival at Morrisons, Waitrose, Lidl, or the local Coop. The train station is just a 5-minute drive away, offering direct routes to Norwich or Cambridge from Wymondham. This is a non-smoking property. Fans are provided but not a/c.
