Let’s take a closer look at what makes our tiny house special: As you arrive, you’ll notice the inviting covered front porch, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening. Step inside, and the first thing you’ll encounter is the kitchenette. It’s compact but equipped with the basics. * Minifridge * Sink * K-cup Coffee Maker * Electric Hot Plate * Air Fryer * Plates, Bowls, Cups, and utensils To the right, you'll find the main sleeping area. A Sleep Number queen bed awaits you on the ground floor. Sink into its plush comfort after a day of adventures. And for entertainment, there’s a Roku Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Ascend the steps (please take your time!) to the cozy living room. Here, you’ll find: A comfortable loveseat for relaxing. An inviting ottoman—ideal for putting your feet up. A dedicated workspace corner, should work call while you’re away as well as card games, puzzles, and games. The Loft Adventure: For those seeking a unique experience, venture to the other side of the tiny house and climb the ladder to the loft. There, you’ll discover a charming twin bed—perfect for a solo traveler or an adventurous soul. Spacious Bathroom: Tiny doesn’t mean cramped! Our bathroom is surprisingly roomy. Freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom, complete with all the essentials. Entertainment: We’ve got more than cozy corners! Enjoy evenings with card games, puzzle, or challenge friends to a game of cornhole outside. If games aren't for you, we also have a couple of books for you to enjoy. Safety and Convenience: We’ve got you covered with basic cleaning supplies, soaps, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. You’ll find them tucked away under the sink in either the kitchen or the bathroom. The home is not suitable for children. There are steep steps and a ladder to the loft. The home is not child- /baby-proofed. Our tiny house offers a blend of comfort, functionality, and whimsy. The property is located off the main road down a private dirt drive. Please drive slowly. Local Attractions: Less than a mile away: - Local park with a walking path and ball field. - Honey Ridge Agricenter that hosts events like rodeos, Spring Flings & Fall Festivals, and livestock shows. A little Further: - Butterducks Winery - Downtown Guyton - Downtown Springfield - Ebenezer Creek - Historic Savannah, Georgia - Hyundai Metaplant Guest access Guests have access to the tiny house, and yard in front of the tiny house. Guests do not have permission to access to owner's closet behind the ladder or the utility room on the back side of the tiny house. Other things to note - This home has steep stairs and ladder access to the living and twin bed. Please use caution while using these. - The private drive is a dirt road and is shared with neighbors. Please remember you're staying in someone's house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after your depart. Guests must be 21 or older to book. This home is not suitable for children or babies. All children must be accompanied/supervised by adults. No late check outs or early check-ins. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $30 charge per event. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ acts of God / or other things that are beyond our control. We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay. Pets are not allowed.
