Welcome to our skydiving retreat! Our family of six loves to visit Eloy to train. Five of us are licensed skydivers and our youngest child trains in the tunnel. We look forward to sharing our home with you! If you're interested in renting the entire property send us a message. Each bedroom is secured with a smart lock. We provide some breakfast items to get your stay started. You may add up to three more guests for $5 per nite per person during your stay. The space This room has been converted to a QUEEN ROOM (photos soon!). This is a 4-bedroom home with large living areas that are shared with up to 8 other guests. You'll enjoy the 75" TV in the living room while you cook in the large kitchen with an open dining area. A laundry room with laundry detergent and hampers are available for your convenience. Additionally, there is a shared full bathroom. Parking is available on the gravel to the left of the driveway, in the garage upon request ($100 fee for lost garage clicker), or along the street. From the front of the house, you can watch canopies set up their landing patterns, or relax on the back porch! Guest access You have access to all of the home except the other locked bedrooms. There is a locked closet in the kitchen where we keep the cleaning supplies. Basic cleaning supplies are located under the sinks and in the hall closet if you need to use them. During your stay We have a house manager who lives minutes away that can help with anything you need. Other things to note This is 100% non smoking and no pet property. We stay at the home regularly with our daughter who has permanent lung damage from a near drowning accident. Please respect our pet and smoking policy for her health. There is patio furniture in the back yard with ash trays for smoking. Smoking or pets in the home will result in a $500 cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property without a refund.
