The rental includes a large bedroom with separate bathroom on the 1st floor of this duplex, 1 separate laundry/toilet and a landing with sofa. Each bedroom has 1 double bed and a desk. You will have access to the large common living room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace (ground floor). Quiet accommodation, close to Parc de la Villette and Adidas Arena. Quick access to Stade de France (metro 5 minutes away). The space We will be present for the duration of your stay. We will be on the ground floor while you stay upstairs.
