Little paradise in Dordogne

Our house was bought in 2019 and has been renovated and rebuild by us during the past years. The specific romantic old style has been preserved and is reflected in the beautiful thick walls (keeps it cool inside!), wooden beams, floors and the barn. It is a lovely country house in a rural but lively location, that is stylish and warmly decorated and has a huge garden with fruit trees and an unobstructed view so that you can experience the real French holiday feeling. The space Downstairs you will find the lounge, living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One bedroom has its own sink and a bed of 1.40 wide, the second bedroom has a bed of 1.60 and has a door to the bathroom. The lounge has a sofa where 1 person can sleep if necessary. The living room has a nice sofa to relax on and a large seat seated at the fireplace (wood stove). The kitchen has a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen with a small 3-burner gas stove and a refrigerator. The passage to the shed is downstairs and also leds to the room where the washer/dryer machine and the second refrigerator (with freezer) are located. In the barn you can play shuffleboard, darts and table tennis. Via the hall from the barn to the living room, a staircase leads to the second bathroom and next to it is the bedroom with a 1.40 bed. In all rooms you will find plenty of storage space in the existing cupboards, clothes racks and one bed has large drawers for all your belongings. In the large garden you will find the garden table, hammocks, sun loungers, a BBQ, a trampoline, a jeu des boules court (balls are inside), football goals and a badminton net. And from of summer season 2025 we will have the swimming pool ready! Guest access There is a space with a separate lock which is not accessible for guests. This space is located under the stairs. Other things to note The house is not suitable for very small kids because of the small steps and wood stove (if used). The three bedrooms offer sleeping space for 6 people.
