Private room in house with shared bath (full sized bed) - 15 minute walk to downtown Athens or 4 minute Uber ride or 30 minute walk to UGA campus. Guests have 1 off street parking space and access to a full kitchen, living room and outdoor space. There is a cat on premises that has free roam of the house but is a senior and keeps to herself. Owner lives in residence full time and shared common spaces include living room and kitchen. Can lease for a semester as well. No children please. Living room with TV (Netflix and chrome cast/airplay). During your stay Please message me with any questions. This is my full time home and I will follow my guests lead for interaction. Other things to note Because this is my personal home I take guest safety, boundaries and communication very seriously. I live in residence full time but take my guests comfort very seriously. Please note that the back three rooms are private and guests will only have access to the rented room, bathroom and common areas. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me. For football season guests- tailgating is not permitted on site and there is no extra parking for non-guest cars No unauthorized guests are permitted on the property at any time. Only guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property and inside the home. Any unregistered visitors or overnight guests are strictly prohibited unless approved in advance. Failure to observe this policy will result in a $200 fee per person, per night and may lead to cancellation of the reservation on site. Two cats live in the house full time. They will not bother you if the door is closed.
