Welcome to our cosy house! The apartment is located in the first floor of a small building in Mahdia El Raoudha close to Mosque El Ghofrane. It’s Around 20 minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes by car. The space The apartment: Sunny living room with balcony Fully equipped kitchen 2 Bedrooms with double bed A small Gym Equipped with essential workout equipment Office to work from home. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. Other things to note To clarify, I live out of the country, and my elderly parents help manage the property locally. They won’t be able to come over for small problems, so I kindly ask for your understanding and self-sufficiency during your stay. Additionally, please note that: • Parties and noise after 11 PM are not allowed, as we’ve received complaints from neighbors in the past. • The property is strictly for 4 guests only.
