It is an old farm from 1850 on 6000 m2 of wooded land with a pond, renovated in 2018 on horse stables. A simple, quiet place conducive to relaxation, 1.5 hours from Disney or another day in Paris, 1.5 hours from the Loire Castles or 40 minutes from the Guédelon castle under construction. The town of Montargis is 30 minutes away, as is Joigny, Lake Saint Fargeau with its medieval show or the Boutissain animal park 45 minutes away. A multitude of places also line the Puisaye.
