Self-contained studio with a private entrance, underfloor heating and dimmable lighting, comprising: a king bed, smart TV and fan, plus amenities such as a Nespresso machine, coffee pods, tea selection, dairy/oat milks, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, alongside a shower room with a hairdryer, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Door-to-door, central London is 45 mins (on foot) or 30 mins (by tube/bus). Chalk Farm tube station is an 8 min walk and the 24/46 bus stop is a 1 min walk. The space The studio is newly constructed and located on the ground floor of a typical Victorian terrace, built around 1850. Famous past residents of the street include Karl Marx, whose friend Engels lived in nearby Primrose Hill (opposite The Queens pub). Guest access Private entrance via shared hallway. Access via lockbox (code shared before arrival). During your stay I live in the main house, and, although working full time in central London, I am responsive and available most evenings and weekends. It would be great to say a quick hello (and share some recommendations with you)! Other things to note Every guest receives a 20% discount at Food & Forest in Borough Market.
