RINCON Casa Serrano Terrace "Beach Front"

Casa Serrano is located right on the beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This 2nd floor has beautiful ocean views, amazing sunsets from the terrace and backyard that has access to the beach. Not only can you wake up to sun and the beach but we are close to shops and restaurants. Rincon is waiting for you to come & soak up some warm winds & sunshine.... The space This space has a beautiful large terrace, with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. This is the 2nd floor apartment. There is a backyard with a shared patio that is along the ocean side. Please be aware that we do not have a generator in case of power outage. Flash lights are available. Guest access The yard and ocean side deck is available to all guest as common area use. Other things to note There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, noodles and sand toys in the solid white door adjacent to the front glass entry door. There is a charcoal grill available for all guest to use in the yard.
