A bit about the space: The main bedroom features a double bed and the convenience of an en-suite toilet. There are a further two cosy twin bedrooms. Please note the twin beds in the third bedroom are smaller sized single beds and would be better suited for children or teenagers. Additionally, a main shower room is available for all guests to share. Step into the open plan living space, where the kitchen, lounge and dining seamlessly merges creating a social hub perfect for shared meals and quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances you would expect (oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer) and utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease if you fancy food in the caravan. If you don't, a short walk to the club house you will find a restaurant on site to have a selection of options for all tastes for Breakfast , lunch or dinner. There is also an on site shop if theres any last minute bits you have forgotten! The caravan has two enclosed terraced balconies with outdoor seating extending from the living area, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV and Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring you stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we warmly welcome dogs to join you on your holiday adventures. Guest access You will have full private use of the caravan during your stay Other things to note *You will require a leisure pass to access the site facilities. This offers access for up to 6 guests over 7 nights at the cost of £70. Payment will be directly to Sandbanks Holiday Co, who will then secure the passes on your behalf as our valued guests. We will request this payment additionally once your booking is confirmed - the passes will then be available for collection at reception upon your arrival. *Please note there is a £30 pet charge per stay. *A parasol is available for your use during your stay. Please return it to its original condition after use, and refrain from using it on windy days.
