Description

We take the plunge and rent out our little cocoon during our absences. This is, as you will have understood, the apartment in which we live all year round. We count on our tenants to provide it with all the necessary care. Ideal for spending a long, hectic weekend discovering the city, as well as a longer moment to get used to life in the South, and discover the infinite possibilities of the surroundings and the hinterland. The space Old apartment of 74m2 in the very central district of Vauban, it is composed as follows: A large, very bright 34m2 living room-kitchen, equipped with two very comfortable sofas, a solid wood table that can accommodate four guests, A space to store suitcases, bags... we can, on request, leave two inflatable paddles available there. A quiet, tree-lined balcony-terrace accommodating a table for two people, as well as a wooden bar, ideal for dinner, breakfast, drinking a coffee or having an aperitif, overlooking the massif of the the star and the Garlaban and in a more discreet way, directly on Notre Dame de la Garde. A large bathroom with shower cabin, double sink, plenty of storage space, washing machine and dryer, Toilets equipped with a “Japanese” lid, A large air-conditioned bedroom with desk, also in solid wood, Queen size bed, marble fireplace… A second bedroom, also air-conditioned, with storage, overhead projector, 140x190 cm bed. The kitchen has induction hobs, a hood, a kettle, a toaster, a Delonghi coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer. The wifi is functional and allows teleworking without slowing down. Some points to watch out for: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so access is unfortunately not ideal for people with reduced mobility. On the landing, it has a coat rack. We would be grateful if you would water our plants: The Jurassic Park plant in the living room, once a week, The plants on the terrace, at least once every two days in summer, every 5-7 days in winter in the event of prolonged presence. The apartment is located: A 6-minute walk from Notre-Dame de la Garde, via the steepest boulevard in Marseille. The climb is strenuous but the view is sublime. A 10-minute walk from the Old Port, its market halls, the Canebière, its boats to Les Goudes, Les Frioul, or Pointe Rouge… A 20-minute walk from Cours Julien, a neighborhood ranked in the top 10 of the “coolest” neighborhoods in the world, 25-30 minutes from Le Panier, as well as from Catalans beach and the sublime Corniche Kennedy. In the surrounding area you will find a Monoprix, Picard, Vival, Auchan, greengrocer, butcher, grocery stores, cheese shops for your shopping as well as many restaurants. Other things to note Internal regulations: The interior of the apartment is strictly non-smoking. You can smoke on the terrace, closing the window and door to the living room. A little music never bothered anyone. Parties, however, are prohibited. In the event of breakage, please let us know so that we can replace what needs to be replaced. The white sofa is… white and we would like it to stay that way: therefore, we ask you not to eat or drink anything other than water on it. The living room table is protected by a plastic tablecloth to avoid any stains or burns. Animals are prohibited. Registration Details 13206030849MX
