Depending on the outside temperature, the temperature is in the range of 24°C to 29°C. DOGS ARE PROHIBITED INSIDE THE POOL. WE DO NOT RENT FOR PARTIES. Check-out: The house and the KITCHEN must be returned TIDY. Indicate a housekeeper. Beach equipment is not part of the service. The space ATTENTION. Due to the storm with large amount of rain, infiltration and leakage of rainwater may appear on the balcony or in the house. ATTENTION. As our house is by the sea, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the presence of insects, spiders, mosquitoes, natural dirt and rust spots on the appliances and in the house, which may exist. It is forbidden to remove and/or change the furniture and/or install and/or assemble new furniture and/or any pitting in the house and/or in the Garden. The heated pool option is available from May to September, and must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. As the pool is outdoors, the electric heater must be turned on 48 hours in advance and remain on 24 hours a day so that you can enjoy it (depending on the outside temperature, the water temperature should be in the range of 24°C to 29°C (within the range that, according to FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation) rule FR 2.11, official pools must have in their water). WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXTRA BLANKETS, OR/AND PILLOWS, AND/OR BEACH SUPPLIES. Kiosks with Chairs and Sol Guards are scattered on the beach. Other things to note A true family home, à la Française.
