Your family will be close to the lake with a lovely swimming area, forest and nature, playgrounds, Vimpeln shopping center and Alingsås city center. The house is great for the family with small children; in the garden there are swings, slide, trampoline, sandbox, a small inflatable pool, as well as a large playhouse. Bicycles with bicycle trailers and children's helmets are also available for use. As well as a (gas) grill on the balcony. The space 100 sqm divided into two floors. 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one bedroom, and a single bed + children's bed in the other bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room. 1 larger bathroom with shower & bathtub downstairs, and a smaller toilet upstairs. Wonderful garden and patio. Guest access All surfaces. Other things to note The beds are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with a double bed + a crib 1 bedroom with a single bed + a crib Living room with sofa bed (double bed) Be advised that all beds are upstairs. To get upstairs, you need to go up a flight of stairs - and we want to make you as a guest aware that it is a railing-free staircase (i.e. no railing exists). Our two children (1 year & 4 years) can handle this fine. A child gate for the stairs is upstairs. If you are older and have difficulty walking on stairs without a railing, it may be good to know about. Also note that if it is very hot days, the upstairs will be quite warm. An air conditioner is installed on the lower floor. A removable air conditioner is located upstairs, as well as a floor fan.
