Modern apartment in an art deco building located IN FRONT OF LE BOURGET AIRPORT. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 travelers, in a closed bedroom and the living room. This T3 is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchen and two bed rooms. We provide household and bath linen. The space We welcome you to our apartment, on the 1st floor without elevator. The apartment consists of a bed room with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a closed bathroom, and a large living room including: - an equipped kitchen - a dining table for 4 people - a lounge area The kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook like at home. You will find a fridge, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, utensils, a toaster, a kettle, as well as a classic Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a towel dryer, a sink and a hairdryer. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes horse, as well as an ironing board and iron. The lounge area consists of a sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. A travel cot and a baby bath are available on request and subject to availability. We provide all linens and WIFI, as well as basic hygiene products (body and hand soap, dishwashing liquid). Cleaning supplies are also provided (mop, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products). Guest access You will be able to access the accommodation in complete autonomy and security. To access it, you will have to go through 2 coded doors. The common areas of the building are under video surveillance. A key box will be at the door of your apartment. Other things to note We provide our accommodation for families, friends and professional groups. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are looking for several accommodations (we have several apartments in the building). As a result, we run a quiet and secure residence: it is therefore forbidden to make noise after 10 p.m. Any movement to restore order after this time will be charged to you. Festive gatherings are prohibited. If you break this rule, you will be charged a flat-rate supplement. Of course, no illegal activity is allowed in our accommodations. It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the apartment, and to smoke inside. The cleaning fees that are systematically applied represent a minimum service. Make sure to leave the accommodation in "good condition" before leaving (dishes done and put away, trash cans emptied, no trash on the floor). Additional cleaning fees will be charged to you if this is not the case. Any broken or damaged object will be charged. In order to respect the possible allergies of our travelers, it is forbidden to be accompanied by an animal. Any exception to this rule will lead to the application of an additional specific cleaning fee (in order to guarantee the absence of any allergens for people with allergies).
