Cozy ground floor room in a shared flat

Very quiet room and neighbourhood. Big windows with natural light. 3 to 7 min walk to two main roads with many buses routes to city centre. Back garden available for thus rare sunny days in Scotland. Free parking outside the property. The space Your room is been newly decorated and fresh painted. The bedroom have a double bed, wardrove and chest of drawers. Also cozy and chilling lighting for after a long day of exploring the city. My sitting room have a big sofa corner, tv with Netflix and Disney, books and a very traditional souther spanish table. The kitchen is available for tea, coffee and small snacks. If meals are needed please ask so I can accomodate. Expresso machine is available for guest, please ask if unsure of how to use it. The kitchen is not been renovated yet but everything is in working conditon. My bathroom have an electric shower and hot water is always turn on. The bathroom is a bit old but i am trying to mantaining as clean as possible. I am renovating the property slowly as I can, feel free to ask for the pictures of before and after, it is impressive! Guest access The access to my room is not permitted. The rest of the flat is available for guest. Please be respectful with myself, the flat and resources, such as heating, hot water etc. During your stay I am very busy nurse and working long hours. If I am at work you will be by yourself must of the day but I am happy to answer any question by the app. Arragments will be given for check in and out in the case. If I am at home I am happy to share information and recommendation to my guests. I love Edinburgh and I have been in alllll the tourist attractions when family visits me. I am open for a chat and always happy to meet new people. But if you like a quiet time I am also happy to provide a nice enviroment to facilitated rest. Other things to note I am very flexible, please feel free to ask and I will try to accomodate.
