Heart of Malasaña II and Plaza España (Spain Square)

Step back in time to an older Madrid, a gorgeous old building with wooden staircase (and elevator) then become part of a gorgeous new make over. The room very large (don't be fooled by the photos) it has a lux new double bed, two balconies (double the admirers to wave to) overlooking lovely Noviciado and Malasana, as well as gorgeous renovated bathroom and kitchen. This area is filled with lovely local cafes, but it's also a few minutes to Gran Via and Plaza Espana. Enjoy the location. The space the property has two full bathrooms so not many traffic jams, the apartment is meticulously maintained, and the kitchen has everything you need for a night in (although the local restuarants and cafes will keep you outside). Guest access The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, and are yours to use. Yes we have a washing machine. During your stay I offer tips for my favourite places but also let you discover the magic of Madrid Other things to note We have a washing machine which you are welcome to use, but we do not supply washing detergent as we are not a hotel nor a laundrette. We recommend to bring your own or buy some at the local supermarket.
