Outside of the lounge is a charming sunset passage with beautiful views of the water. Lympstone is a pretty village with a shop and a couple of pubs. Head out on foot and enjoy the wide range of walks available from the doorstep including the fabulous Exe Estuary Cycle Trail and the South West Coast Path. Head into the historic city of Exeter (9 miles) with its eclectic and vibrant mix of restaurants, pubs and bars. The Estuary is over the garden wall which runs directly outside the property’s windows and due to the character of the property, there are 2 steep cottage-style staircases.
