Cozy cottage well located near Novo Campeche, the beach is 400 m away. Our location allows you to access the best of the south of the island on foot or by bike, with options to escape the traffic. The house is on a safe and quiet street, close to markets, bakeries, pharmacy and bars. The room has air-conditioning, and the living area has a full kitchen, mini barbecue, sofa, tables and chairs, hammock and deck overlooking the garden. The kitchen is open and we avoid passing through the area. The space The cottage space has an air-conditioned suite with TV, large bathroom, full and open kitchen, deck, balcony. The building is about 40 m2, the place is cool, ventilated and quiet. Our house is in front of the chalet, but the two are independent and the chalet is quite reserved. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space of the chalet, kitchen, garden, exclusive entrance and in front of the house shower and parking. The chalet is located in the back of our house, and during guests' stays, we avoid transiting in that area. Sometimes, depending on the length of stay and without causing inconvenience, we need to sweep the garden, water the plants, things like that, which we try to do when guests are away.
