A walk-in closet keeps things organized, and your exclusive Jack & Jill bathroom offers privacy. The 2nd room features a single bed (snore room!), a desk, and a baker's rack with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It's a balanced space for rest, work, and relaxation. The space You'll have 2 rooms - the main bedroom plus a bonus room with a twin size bed, desk, kitchenette, and the private bathroom that connects them. Custom built home in a quiet and safe neighborhood where you can see the stars at night and escape from the noise. I live in the home, and there is one male renter in the upstairs unit. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room (for 3+ day stays), back patio and backyard. You'll have off-street parking at the top of the driveway. Other things to note Your clean, friendly, well-trained dog is welcome here - dogs have a big fenced yard to run around in! There is also an enclosed patio with dog friendly furniture where you may leave your pup unattended if he or she is not destructive. I have a large crate available if you would like to use that as well. You are expected to clean up after your pet daily - let's keep the back yard beautiful and smelling good. There is a resident dog here - an Italian greyhound - she is very friendly!
