Come and relax in this newly renovated and equipped cottage, located in the heart of the village of Aubiac, 100 m from the castle. 5 min to the highway and Walygator & Aqualand amusement parks. 20 minutes from Nerac and Gers, 1 hour from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux. Entrance overlooking kitchen open to living room, a veranda. A laundry room and toilet are also on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a walk-through bedroom. On the 2nd floor, a large room with 4 beds, a bathroom with toilet. The space 130 m2 gîte on 3 levels completely renovated and equipped. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance overlooking an equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, oven, kettle, traditional coffee makers and Senseo, utensils...) open to a living room. In the extension, you can rest in a veranda with bay windows furnished with garden furniture, table and chairs. A laundry room with a 13kg washing machine, a drying rack and an independent toilet are also present on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a large corner bathtub and a towel dryer; a spacious bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people. Finally, on the second floor, a large room furnished with 4 single beds, a corner for children and a shower room with toilet. We offer a cleaning option of €70. You also have the option to do it yourself. If this is the case and the place is not left clean, a compensation of €100 will be requested via Airbnb.
